Join Us for a Relaxing Sauna Experience at Our Farm!
We’re excited to welcome you to a rejuvenating sauna experience on our farm! Relax in a calming atmosphere, enjoy the soothing benefits of sauna therapy, and connect with community as you ease into the week feeling renewed.
Each session lasts about 1–2 hours and guides you through three soothing rounds of heat (10–20 minutes each), with breaks in between too cool down, rehydrate, and reset. Of course, you’re free to move at your own pace—this is your time to relax, recharge, and feel renewed.
